BLDG 32 – stair repairs have been approved, the contractor is pulling permits and a start date it pending.

BLDG 27, 28 & 29 – bids to repair the columns/posts have been requested.

Spectrum renewal is complete and the community will be upgraded to Advanced Community Wifi Ultra (500mbps)

Pressure washing is underway for all the buildings
